CopySourceAsHtml For Visual Studio 2010

I've been starting to blog about code that requires Visual Studio 2010 and it would be nice to have CopySourceAsHtml integrated.

This is obviously not an official update, but I did a blog post on how I was able to get CopySourceAsHtml integrated with Visual Studio 2010:

There are only two 3rd party add-ins I ever bother with: CopySourceAsHtml and VisualSVN. You could substitute AnkSVN there; I'm told the quality has improved and they meet the same need in much the same way. But there is no alternative to CopySourceAsHtml. There is no other practical way to put formatted, colour syntaxed snippets of code into emails or blogs. It is the one thing I really really missed in VS2010. I run x64 and the instructions as posted didn't work for me, but someone has posted a patch to the MSI and it works fine on x64. One thing that's broken in VS2010 is copying XAML as HTML. No doubt this is due to the new split-view editor. A quick workaround is to add snip.xml to the project as a staging area for cut and paste, and copy the whole of file any XAML you want to handle into that; you get the syntax colouring and line numbers and Copy As Html is available.

@PeterWone, do you remember which patch you tested? I submitted a patch back in December, but never got any feedback. It appears somebody else also submitted a patch for the same functionality.

I really like this tool, but I am also making the switch to VS2010 and I would like to use this plug-in going forward. Project coordinator/developers, how can we help to make this happen? Please let the community know how we can help to migrate this wonderful tool to VS2010 and ship it! :)
